Mishti Chakraborty made her debut with Bengali film Porichoi. In 2014, she made her debut in Hindi film through Kaanchi: The Unbreakable. She made her debut in Tollywood film through the movie Chinnadana Nee Kosam(2014). She was the opposite of a famous Tollywood actor Nithiin.
She has also appeared in film Columbus in which she played the role of Indu, this film was released on 22 October 2015. After she appeared in Bollywood film Great Grand Masti as Rekha Meet Mehta which was released on 15 July 2016. She has appeared in another Hindi movie Begum Jaan, in this film she played the role of Shabnam, which was released on 14 April 2017.
In the same year, she appeared in Telugu film Babu Baga Busy and she played the role of Radha, which was released on 5 May 2017. In 2017 she appeared in Malayalam film, Adam Joan.
