- Heather began her career in 1992 as a traffic anchor and producer at Metro Traffic based in New York City until 1999. Besides this, between 1995 to 1999 she was appointed as an Assistant Director of Operations for Total Traffic & Weather Network. In this show, she helped coordinate the monitoring execution of the company’s business strategy as well as she started an internship program to help the college students and monitored the hiring process.
- In 1997 she joined WPLJ-FM Radio as a News Anchor for six years. At the sametime, in 1999,she worked as a fill-in anchor and producer for WAXQ FM. Between 1999 to 2011 she served as the traffic anchor for Westwood One Media based in Rutherford, NJ. In addition, she helped WABC-AM 770, WCBS-TV, WABC-TV etc, to create and write about traffic reports. Currently, she has worked on WABC TV as a traffic anchor since 2011. As well as she covers breaking news for the same channel.
