Rasika has done schooling from Dombivili till 10th and for completing senior secondary schooling she went to Penderkhar collage. After that, she went to Mumbai to complete her college studies. She chooses Mass media from Joshi Bedekar College in Thane and completed her graduation in BA.

She started Participating in singing music concert at the age of just 15 and their followers know the first song sung by Rasika on stage is ” Ek Vaja Kshan“.
And in TV’s Rasika started working from advertisements and commercial plays. For her play “Love Aaj Kal” she got 1st prize in 52nd Nritya Spardha.
When first time she performed on the TV screen when she participated in the 9X TV show which is the “LUX Jhakas TV concert” then she has done a negative role in Shanaya at “Mazhya Navryachi bayko” in 2016.
