On 1 June 1965, Sivannarayana was born and raised in Sivarampuram, Prakasam district, Andhra Pradesh, India. He completed his early education at Sivaramapuram high school. Then he shifted to Hyderabad and pursue his bachelor’s degree studies in Secunderabad. 

Sivannarayana has also acquired a master’s degree in Theater from Hyderabad Central University. Despite it is said that from a young age, Sivannarayana was passionate about acting and comedy and, while studying at university, he chose to make a career in the same field.

Sivannarayana Naripeddi Mainstream Journey 

Sivannarayana Naripeddi started his mainstream acting journey in 1997 when he was ultimately signed as a supporting in an action genre film “Jai Bajarangbali”. His second brake through came just after one year in 1998, in T. Prabhakar’s Telugu-language comedy film “All Rounder”, which was commercially successful at that time.

Following that, he appeared as a supporting cast member in a 2001 Indian Telugu-language romantic action film by S. S. Rajamouli “Student No: 1”. He is also credited with Simhadri “2003”, Grahanam “2004”, Sye “2004”, and Ashta Chamma “2008” before getting his early spotlight.

He gained global recognition as an actor in 2015 because of his praiseworthy acting as a College principal in the 2016 romantic comedy-drama film (Majnu ) by Virinchi Varma. The film received mixed reviews from critics, although many praised Nani’s performance and claimed it was the movie’s saving grace.

In 2018, Sivannarayana portrayed the role of Shekhar’s father Rao in Satish Vegesna’s romantic family drama film “Srinivasa Kalyanam”. The same year he also worked alongside Nagarjuna Akkineni, Nani, and Rashmika Mandanna in “Devadas”. His praiseworthy acting was experienced in late 2019 when he acted in the role of Pooja’s uncle in “Maharshi”.

The same year he was also signed as a cast in a few movies including Venky Mama, F2 – Fun and Frustration, etc. Recently in 2021 and 2022, Sivannarayana was featured as a cast in multiple Telugu films like Red, Alludu Adhurs, Ninnila Ninnila, Varudu Kaavalenu, Shyam Singha Roy, Urvasivo Rakshasivo, Swathi Muthyam, etc.

In 2001, Sivannarayana made his first TV appearance as a supporting cast in an award-winning Indian Telugu-language television sitcom series Amrutham (TV series) by Gunnam Gangaraju. In the series, he worked till 2007 in altogether 400 episodes.

 Then in 2004 he ultimately featured the role of a supporting cast in a dramatic television show “Nanna”. Similarly, as a television artist, Sivannarayana is also credited with Manga Taayaru, Radha Madhu, Bharyamani, Amrutham Dhvitheeyam (2020–2021), etc.
